Blue Thanksgiving

November 27th, 2008 | Posted in Dirty Blue Widgets of Sadness

Once upon a time, in Turkey,

There was this dirty blue turkey,

Who was as happy as can be,

Because he was Thanksgiving-free.

Yes, Turkish guys don’t have Thanksgiving,

So their turkeys will be living,

While US turkeys will be baked,

Or stuffed, or roasted fully naked.

My dirty blue widgets of sadness,

Can’t we just stop this turkey madness,

And let the poor birds alive,

Like it! It can’t be much fun to be a turkey in November and December.
