$25 for a sleeve jacket case cmon, also looks kinda likea pain to slit it in. $55 for a little bag seems kinda steep too!

I think it’s fair to say there is a great deal of price gouging happening around the iPad. Just today, I had two simple, zippered neoprene slip cases in my hand, both made by Incase. One was for a “netbook”, and was only 1″ larger all around, but was -in every other respect- IDENTICAL to the iPad version, which somehow ends up costing $25 more (despite using less material). Go figure.
For $50????? I’ll pass…They make notepads out of that material for less…
I’ve been watching Chris’ videos for some time now and I’ve come to the conclusion and realized that although he gives out nice info and some of his videos are nice he’s kind of a jerk just showing off stuff he gets for free or has easy access that your probably never gonna have or get to use, and He goes ahead and use them in your face and enjoys it while we’re hopelessly looking through a monitor. It’s a bunch a BS that Chris is throwing at our faces. F**ck This!!!!!
@likethepear he might be referring to bonded leather. Of course, all real leather is, well, real leather. But often “genuine” or “top grain” leather refers to one single “sheet” of leather whereas bonded or handmade can often refer to multiple leather pieces that are bonded together to make one. Obviously, one single piece is better than multiple pieces bonded together, which is why they are also much more expensive. You see this with leather books a lot.
